i was walking down the street today and there was this group of about 5 big, sweaty, shirtless dudes walking down the street towards me. as i walked through them, one guy turns to me and goes…”pretty dress!”
hahah. i couldn’t stop laughing. good times, central square.
man. i remember when i was a kid and my parents would ask me to go “san bu” after dinner and i would make some comment about how old people…or…”lao tai poi.” yeah, i was a disrespectful child. but really, nothing beats going for a walk after dinner!! helps the digestion…and going for these walks in cambridge…right when the sun is setting and it’s cool and breezy out. it’s just delightful!
on another note. min and i went to tosci’s after dinner today. and they were playing rave/club music. which was super strange but…i couldn’t help myself. i had to…what i believe the kids call “break.it.down.” time for a little shimmy shimmying this weekend :)
Pretty simple. I think empanadas are delicious and a great invention. Whenever I can, I will try one. I’m not as hardcore about this as Richie but i dabble. I tried a pre made one from stop and shop. The stomach pains came before I could start the second one. Pretty sad. The quest continues. (and I will still be eating that second one)
